Taco Shells, 2 medium (approx 5" dia)(remove)*(tesco) value sweetcorn, 20 gram(s)(remove)Beans, red kidney, .5 cup(remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup(remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)*fresh red chilli, 1 serving(remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp(remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp(remove)*celery salt, 1 serving(remove)Salsa, 1 tbsp(remove)*green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cup(remove)
fry off onion and chilli and sprong onions, whilst simmering veg stock, cumin, celery salt and other ingriedients, add onion mix to saucepan. add chilli to warmed tacos, top with cheese/soured cream for veggies.
