Grilled tilapia with zesty mustard sauce

2T reduced fat margarine1 teaspoon dijon mustard1/2 teaspon grated lemon peel1/2 teaspoon reduced sodium worcestershire sauce1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper4 tilapia fillets of 4 oz. each1.5 teaspoons paprikanon stick cooking spray for grill1/2 medium lemon or juice to sprinkle on2 tablespoons parsley
Prepare grill
Combine from margarine to pepper in bowl and set aside.
sprinkle paprika on fish both sides and place on hot grill coated with cooking spray so it wont stick.
Grill, covered for 6 minutes.
transfer to platter when fish flakes with fork.
spread butter mustard mixture on each fillet and sprinkle wiith parsley.
Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 4 oz fillet each
