Sara's Crunchy Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 package shredded cabbage/carrots (cole slaw mix)Almonds, 0.5 cup, slicedSunflower Seeds, with salt added, 0.5 cup Balsamic Vinegar, 1/4 C (or red wine vinegar)Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/4 CSalt to taste
Directions
Mix together coleslaw mix, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine vinegar and sugar. Heat in microwave just enough to dissolve sugar. Add olive oil and whisk. Pour over coleslaw mix just before serving and toss.
