1. whole wheat flour 2 cups2. water @ 1 to 11/4 cup.3. salt 1tsp4. Cannola oil 3 tsp
1. Add Flour , salt, cottage cheese and water to a mixing bowl.
2. knead it into a soft dough.
3.smear with oil and knead it some more @ 2-3 min.
4. Cover wit a cloth and leave aside for 1 hour.
5. divide dough into 8 equal parts.
6. Roll each one into 6-7 circle.
7. heat a griddle on high till the griddle is nicely hot then turn the heat to med high
8. roast it on a hot griddle for 30-45 seconds on both the sides till both sides have warm golden spots.
9. serve with your choice of vegetable curry.
