Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil

1 cup or jar of peeled garlic.5 cup extra virgin olive oil.5 tsp. mcCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb SeasoningFresh parsley (optional)You will also need aluminum foil.
Pour the peeled garlic into a low casserole that will accommodate in 1 - 2 layers. Pour garlic over the top. Stir. Sprinkle with salt free garlic herb seasoning. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Let cool. Pour back into the jar the garlic came in.
Serving Size: Makes a cup of roasted garlic cloves, plus 1/2 cup of olive oil which can be used in recipes which would be enhanced with garlic flavor.
