Steamed New Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb small red or new potatoes, halved1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes1 tsp chives2 tbsp olive oilsea saltfresh ground black pepper
Directions
Fill a pot with 1 inch of water and fit with a steamer basket. Bring water to a boil and place potatoes in the basket. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.

Transfer potatoes to a large bowl. Add seasonings and olive oil and toss gently. Serve immediately.
