Curried sweet potato soup

Ingredients
Directions
1 tbsp olive oil1 red onion6-7 cloves garlic1 large red pepper235g sweet potato75g parsnip2 tbsp (60g) of reduced fat korma sauce
Soften garlic and onion in the oil.
Add diced red pepper
Stir in korma sauce
Add cubed sweet potato
Add sliced parsnip
Add 1.5 pints of water (or stock if required - this recipe is only for plain water)
Cook until all parsnip and sweet potato are soft.
Liquidise in blender.
Eat!
