Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 c. white granulated sugar2 tsp. baking powder3 tsp. vanilla extract2 eggs, large3.5 c. quick cooking oats1.5 c. skim milk2 c. fresh blueberries1 tsp. salt1/4 stick unsalted butter, melted
Directions
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients except oats and mix thoroughly. Add in oats and mix. Pour into 8x8 glass baking dish sprayed with PAM. Cook at 350 degrees for 33 minutes
