Potato, Onion & Garlic Soup

3 large baking potatoes1 large red onion10 cloves of garlic1c chicken broth32 oz water1 t salt1 t celery salt2 T butter1 T dill weed
Chop onion and sauté in butter until clear.
When onion turns clear add minced garlic and sauté until they both start to brown. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add potato chopped into 1/2" cubes. When mix starts to boil again add water and other seasonings. Lower temp to med and cover. Cook for 30-45 min then with a stick blender or other means, blend until smooth. Makes 6- 8oz servings.
