Sugar Free Marshmallows

Ingredients
4 egg whites2 pkg. unflavored gelatin6 T. cool water10 drops Sweetleaf Stevia, any flavor (I used Vanilla Creme)1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Microwave water and gelatin. Stir and add Stevia and Vanilla. Beat egg whites until they become frothy. Slowly pour in gelatin. Mix for 5 minutes of medium speed. Pipe out marshmallows on wax paper dusted with cornstarch. Allow to dry for 4 hours or overnight.
