Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) Red Potatoes, 2 small100 grams Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clove Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
0.5 cup = 1 serving
Heat oil. Add cumin and hing. Now add grated garlic and fry for a min. Add chopped onions and green chilli paste. When onions start browning add sliced potatoes and let cook.
When potatoes are tender add chopped spinach and stir fry until leaves start wilting. Add salt, a pinch of sugar and turn off heat. Serve hot.
