Apple Cole Slaw

Ingredients
8 c. thinly sliced green cabbage4 c Granny Smith Apples, unpeeled & chopped1 c. coarsely shredded carrot1/3 c reduced calorie mayonnaise1-8 0z. carton plain low fat yogurt1 tbsp. sugar2 tbsp. lemon juice1 tsp. celery seeds1/2 tsp. salt, optional1/4 tsp. pepper, optional
Directions
Combine firt 3 ingredients in a large bowl, toss well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl & stir well. Pour over the cabbage mixture. Cover & chill at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to mingle.
