Speghetti Squash1 lb ground tukey1 green pepper1 onionPrivate Selection (Kroger) Spicy Italian Seasoning1 jar Private Selection (Kroger) Montanara SauceParmesan CheeseMozzarella Cheese
Poke holes in Squash and cook in 8x8 glass dish at 300 for about 50 min. Take out and let cool to touch. While cooling, cook ground meat, peppers and onion in super large wok or skillet. Remove seeds and slimyness from squash and add rest to wok. Add lots of italian seasoning. Layer mixture with sauce and cheeses. Bake for a few more min to melt/warm everything.
