Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken1/4 cooked mashed cauliflower1/2 cup cooked bacon chopped1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes2 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 cup mayonnaise2 Tbsp red onions1/2 cup Italian blend cheese
Directions
cook cauliflower in microwave with 2 tsp water for 10 minutes.
mix all ingredients except for chicken, cauliflower and cheese.
add chicken and cauliflower to mixture. Spread into a baking dish. Top off with cheese.
Cook for 15 minutes in a pre heated oven at 350
