Ezekiel Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Buckwheat Flour1 1/2 cups spelt flour1/2 cup barley flour1/2 cup quinoa flour1/4 cup millet (ground)1/4 cup dry green/red lentils (ground)1/4 cup dry kidney beans (ground)4 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)1 cup honey1/2 cup olive oil2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast2 teaspoons salt
Directions
Mix flours, beans millet and lentils. Mix wet ingredients with yeast and let sit for 5 minutes. Mix ingredients together and make sure it is mixed well. Pour the batter into the 2 greased loaf pans and let rise until the batter reaches the top of the pans. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes
