1/4 cup frozen mixed berries1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit2 T. Whey Protein Powder2 T. Flax seed1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt1 c water
Directions
Blend together fruit, flax seed, yogurt and water. When completely blended add whey protein. Pour and enjoy
