Beef and Bean Taco Filling

Ingredients
2 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef (browned and drained)1 cup Onion (diced)4 cloves Garlic (minced)2 cups Black Beans (drained and rinsed)4 Tbsp Tomato Paste1 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth3 servings Chef Meg's Taco Seasoning (4.5 Tbsp) or your favorite seasoned to your liking.
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain off fat.

Put back into pan and add onions cook until softened then add garlic, tomato paste, seasoning and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.

Add black beans and beef broth turn to low and cook for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 19 - 1/2 cup servings.
