Banana Oatmeal Flaxseed Muffins

Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2.5 cups Honey, .25 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz (one single serve container) Flaxseed, .33 cup Baking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Egg white, .33 cup
Mix everything except for the oat in a food processor. Add in oats a little at a time (I did half a cup at a time).
Preheat oven to 375- fill each muffin pan with 1/4 cup of mixture- made 15 muffin for me- back for 20-22 minutes
Serving Size: 1 muffin = 1/4 cup of mixture
