Turkey and Stuffing Meatballs

Ingredients
1 box stove top stuffing1 1/4 cup fat free chicken broth2 whole eggs1/2 medium finely diced apple1/4 cup finely chopped onion1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/2 tsp salt (optional)2 tsp ground poultry seasoning1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Mix stuffing mix with broth and let sit for a few m in til moist. Add in remaining ingredients and mix with fork til comined. Using a meatballer or just clean hands form meatballs, about 1-1/2 inch diameters and set on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 22 min or until cooked through.
