Crab Tomatoe 'n' Penne Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
Ingredients•1-1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta•1 cup cherry tomoatoes cut in half•16 oz crabmeat, Lump•1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced•1 medium zucchini, sliced•1 cup sliced mushrooms•1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes•1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes•1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese•2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs•2 teaspoons butter, melted
Directions
• Cook pasta according to package directions.
• Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
• Add Tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, parsley and pepper flakes saute for 10 minutes
•Drain pasta
• Add to Crab and pasta to Veggies mixture
• Toss
• Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
• Sprinkle with cheese.
• Cover and bake at 325° for 35 minutes or until heated through.
•Toss bread crumbs over casserole.
• Bake, uncovered, 5-6 minutes longer.
