Crab Tomatoe 'n' Penne Casserole Recipe

Ingredients1-1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta1 cup cherry tomoatoes cut in half16 oz crabmeat, Lump1 medium yellow summer squash, sliced1 medium zucchini, sliced1 cup sliced mushrooms1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs2 teaspoons butter, melted
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add Tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, parsley and pepper flakes saute for 10 minutes
Drain pasta
Add to Crab and pasta to Veggies mixture
Toss
Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and bake at 325° for 35 minutes or until heated through.
Toss bread crumbs over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, 5-6 minutes longer.
