Whole Grain Blueberry Almond Soymilk Muffins

Ingredients
1 (7 oz) pkg Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix with whole grains1/2 cup 8th continent light original soymilk1/4 tsp almond extract1/4 cup sliced almonds
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray medium muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray. (optional)
In medium bowl, combine muffin mix, milk and almond extract, stir just until moistened. Fill muffin cup about 2/3 full. Sprinkle with sliced almondss. Bake for 12 to 17 minutes (ovens vary) or until golden brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes in pan.

Makes 6 muffins.
