leek, navy bean, and ham soup

Ingredients
Beans, white, 1 cup water - 1-2 quarts-----Chicken Broth, 4 cup (1 quart) Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced Leeks, chopped 3 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup Mustard Greens, .2 cup, chopped water - 1 quart
Directions
boil beans in water 15 minutes, turn off, let stand overnight, and pour off water
In slow cooker, add chicken broth and leeks. Cook 1-2 hours, then puree. Add the rest of the ingredients, and cook on high for another 3 or so hours until the beans are tender
