2 4oz pieces coddill weed, to tastepat of butter1/4 cup white winespritz olive oil (I use the Misto) or can drizzle & smear on baking sheet where you will put the fish.2 cloves Garlic peeled and smashedSalt & Pepper to taste
In a microwave dish with a cover spritz or drizzle a bit of the oil where fish will sit. Place fish in pan and spritz top of fish with the rest of the oil.
Sprinkle dill, salt and pepper on the fish. Top each piece with 1/2 pat butter. Add wine and garlic to the pan and cover. Microwave at about power 7 for 10 minutes OR bake at 375 Degrees for about 15-20minutes.
