Strawberry Banana Cottage Cheese Shake

Ingredients
3/4C cottage cheese, 1%1C frozen strawberries1/2 large banana1T honey (local preferred)
Directions
Whir all ingredient in a blender until mixed. It is very thick, so you'll need to stop and push the frozen strawberries down a few times.

I eat this for lunch, as it is too many calories for my breakfast.

Serving Size: Makes 1 shake, around 12-16 oz
