1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese1 - 3 cups ice1 scoop Designer Whey Protein Powder - French Vanilla1 TBS Sugar Free Jello Mix - Vanilla2-4 TBS Splenda1 tsp Orange Extract1/4 tsp Orange Food Coloring
Directions
Start with the cottage cheese, ice, pudding, protein, food coloring and flavoring. Add the milk and begin pulsing to breakdown the ice. Continue to blend until you've reached the consistency you like.
