Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup agave3 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup Quaker Multigrain Hot Cereal1 egg1 cup soymilk3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Stir all ingredients just enough to moisten. Grease muffins tin. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
