Creamy Cajun Parmesan Sauce

1 12oz can evaporated milk1/4 cup flour1/4 cup butter1 Beef Bullion Cube dissolved in 1 cup hot water (or 1 cup beef broth)2 oz shredded Parmesan cheese1 tsp cajun seasoning1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp black pepper
Melt butter on high in medium saucepan.
Whisk in flour and cook until bubbly and just starts to brown.
Slowly stir in evaporated milk. Stir continuously until thickened. Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan cheese a little at a time until melted and blended well.
Slowly stir in beef broth, mix well.
Add remaining ingredients (spices) and stir well.
Serve immediately over pasta, vegetables, or use as a base for casseroles.
