5 large potatoes chopped or cubed1 qt Pacific Foods Organic Free Range Low Sodium Chicken Broth1/4 cup chopped onion2 tbsp flour1 cup 2% Milk1 teaspoon each Majoram, Dill Weed, Ground Cumin, Salt1/2 teaspoon Thyme1/8 teaspoon White Pepper1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
Combine all ingredients except flour, cheese, and sour cream in a large saucepan. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Gradually add flour to milk stirring until smooth. Stir into soup. Bring soup back to a boil and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sour cream and cheese. Stir until completely blended. Garnish if desired with chives.
