Ingredients
2 handfuls of spinach1 cup of non-dairy milk1 tbsp nut butter1 tbsp chia seeds1 whole banana
Directions
add water, chia seeds, nut butter into blender. Add spinach and banana. Mix. Then add 2 or 3 ice cubes and mix more.
