High Protein Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 8 ozBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawedBanana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Milk, 1%, .5 cup
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high, stirring if necessary. Pour into large glass and enjoy! Sometimes I leave out the banana if I am out of them.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large smoothie, approx. 20 oz.
