Chipotle and Rosemary Roasted Nuts

Ingredients
3 C Cashews2 C Pecans2 C walnut halves1/2C almonds1/3C pure maple syrup1/4C brown sugar3 Tablespoons orange juice2 teaspoons Chipotle powder4 Tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves(devided)2 Tablespoons oiloil to grease pan
Directions
brush cookie sheet generously with vegetable oil. Combine cashews, pecans, walnuts and almonds in a bowl. In separate bowl mix together 2T of oil, maple syrup, brown sugar, orange juice, and chipotle powder. Pour over nuts and toss to coat evenly. Add 2T of rosemary and 2 t salt and retoss.
Spread nuts in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Roast for 25min at 350 until nuts are golden and glazed. Stir twice with a large metal spatual. Remove from oven and sprinkle wiht 2t coarse salt and remaining 2T of rosemary. Toss well and set aside at room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking as they cool. Store in an airtight container
