baked chili rellenos

Ingredients
5 poblano peppers4 oz Chihuahua cheese4 eggs1/3 cup milk1/2 cup flour1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
blanch peppers and peel for toughness. Remove seeds and place cheese inside of peppers. Place in baking dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over peppers. Bake 350 for 30 min.
