Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef Lean2 Med Onions2 Cloves of Garlic49 oz can of Beef Broth42.5 oz of Whole Tomatoes Canned1 Cup of Celery1.5 Cups of Carrots1Med Head of Cabbage2 Med Sweet Potatoes8 oz tomato Sauce1 Bay Leaf1.25 tsp black pepper1tsp basil1 tbls parsley1 tsp salt
Directions
Brown ground meat, drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are soft. If more broth is needed, add a cup of water. Makes 12 servings
