Ingredients
Better n eggs egg substitute - about 2 tablespoons1 slice whole wheat bread or one side of english muffin1 slice Canadian Bacon
Directions
Put bread in toaster
Pour eggs in bottom of a coffee cup or small bowl, put in microwave for 30 seconds
after eggs have cooked 30 seconds, put the canadian bacon on top and microwave for 30 more seconds.
After toast is done, put egg and bacon on the toast. Fast and portable
