Beans, white, 2.2 cup (remove)Uncle Ben's 7 Grains Medley 35ml/33g dry serving, 236 gram(s) (remove)Chicken Gravy, 2.5 tbsp or vegetable stock (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, sliced (remove)Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)(spice suggestions, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, chili powder, liquid smoke)
cook rice according to directions. put aside
to make beans, fry beans in frying pan, add chicken gravy and spice to taste. mash beans. chop jalapenos and add at the end.
serve mix over sliced tomatoes and onions with pepper.
