Ingredients
8 oz fat free Cool Whip1/2 cup Peanut butter2 Tblsp Chocolate Syrup
Directions
Line muffin pan with mini liners. With spoon,mix Cool Whip and Peanut Butter until well combined. Spoon even portions into muffin liners. Top each with a swirl of chocolate syrup. Freeze 6-8 hrs until frozen. Once solid, remove the pan and place into freezer bag or container.
Servings are 12

    This is WAY too delish! I made this in an 9X9 dish because I didn't have muffin cups available, so I served it in squares. Everyone loved it! It was JUST like eating Peanut Butter Pie without the crust.... I swear I could have eaten the whole pan of it! Thanks for sharing! - 2/7/11

    Made for a friend who had requested the brand name peanut butter cups for her birthday. She loved these and said that she would not need the candy. I think they tasted just like the candy and were super simple to make!
