High protein mixed berries smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup (140 g by weight) frozen mixed berries3 oz plain Oikos 0% greek yogurt2 tsp granulated sugar1/3 c. 2% milktiny splash of vanilla
Directions
Microwave the frozen berries for 30 seconds to soften slightly. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
