Creamy Oyster Stew

Ingredients
Drain 2 8-oz jars of small oysters. 1 cup chopped onionsI cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped potatoes6 cups whole milk4 Tablespoons I can't believe it's not butterWhite flour or cornstarch for thickeningsaltpepperOld Bay Seasoning
Directions
Melt butter replacement in non-stick skillet. Saute onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes till potatoes become tender. Add flour and stir to coat. Place vegetable mix to large stock pot. Add drained oysters and milk. Gradually bring to simmer, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add Old Bay Seasoning to taste.
