Ingredients
3 cups fresh spinach1 medium applejuice and zest of one lemonfresh grated ginger root (about 1 teaspoon)2 T. ground flax seed1 cup frozen blueberries1/2 scoop Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder1 cup water2-4 ice cubesStevia to taste
Directions
Put all in a blender and blend it up. This smoothie keeps my teenage daughter satisfied until lunch.
