Hamburger Buns

Ingredients
1 cup warm potato water*4 tablespoons vegetable oil3 cups bread flour1 1/2 teaspoons salt3 tablespoons sugar1/4 cup mashed potatoes1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions
Place all ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed or as suggested by the manufacturer.

Use manual setting; remove dough when machine is done. Roll out on floured surface and cut into 12 rounds for hamburger buns. Put on greased sheet; let rise about 45 minutes and bake about 15 minutes at 400*.
