Honey Lime Shrimp

1/2 pound shrimp or 30-40 shrimpOlive oil 1.5 tblsHoney 2tblsLime juice (can add zest of lime) 2-5 tbs, add more as desiredGarlic, smashed 2 clovessalt (just a little bit)pepperred pepper flakes
Marinade the shrimp with all ingredients in a ziploc bag for 30-60 minutes. Flip bag around once or twice so shrimp stay covered in marinade.
Take shrimp out, let sit at room temp. for about 10 minutes. Heat large skillet over medium high heat.
Add shrimp to pan in single layer flip on one side for about 1 minute until the curl up and start to turn pink, flip them over cook for another 30 seconds or so until pink.
Remove from pan, serve immediately.
Can serve with rice, noodles, or we did couscous.
