oat fruit muffin

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat pastry flour1c oat bran1/4 c sliced almonds1/4 c raisins2 T ground flax1 t salt2 t baking powder1/2 t soda2 t cinnamon1 banana - mashed1 apple -grated1/4 c oil1 c soy milk1/4 honey
Directions
combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl. Dump mixed wet into mixed dry and stir briefly. After mixed put into greased muffin tins or tins lined with paper liners. Bake until tops are golden and centers set.
