Sunday Morning Sausage Strata

Ingredients
1/4 onion chopped1/4 red bell pepper chopped1 gluten free bread slice cubed1 slice swiss cheese2 eggs2 veggie sausage links
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. saute onion and pepper in olive oil or coconut oil. while that is cooking, cube bread and place in greased one serving oven proof container; whisk eggs and place desired spices with eggs; pour over cubed bread; cut swiss cheese into small squares and place randomly on top of eggs; drain oil from onion and peppers and place on top; cut sausage into slices and place on top. Bake for 30 minutes
