bean vegetable antelope soup

Ingredients
1 can Kidney beans1 can pinto beans1 can garbonzo beans1 can diced tomatos3 12oz can V8teaspoon crushed garlic1/2 medium onion2 stalks celery1 pound ground antelope / chicken/ turkey1 T olive oil1 red or yellow pepper or 1/2 of each
Directions
saute the onion celery and garlic in the oil. once done, add the meat (I used ground antelope because my husband hunts and this is a good tasty use of the meat although any lean ground meat would work). Once the meat is cooked through, add all the other ingredients and simmer for 15 minute - very hearty and tastey!
