Fried Cabbage With Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 4 oz. boneless, fully trimmed pork chopsOne Half large head cabbage, coarsely shredded1 Medium onion, halved and sliced1 T. olive oilSalt substitute and black pepper to taste1/8 - 1/4 t. Onion powderButtery Flavored Non Stick SprayI Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Directions
While cooking pork chops, clean and shred cabbage. Slice onion and mix with cabbage. Season to taste.Remove pork chops from pan add 1 T. olive oil and scrape bottom of pan to loosen all bits. Carefully discard olive oil. Spray pan with buttery flavored non stick spray, add cabbage mixture and spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, toss lightly to coat, cover and cook for approximately 15 mins. Occasionally stirring up from bottom. (Remove cover and continue cooking last 5 minutes.)
