Rice Taco Bake

Ingredients
Brown rice (1 cup cooked), 2 serving Beans, black, 1.5 cup Rosarita Traditional Style Refried Beans, 1.5 cup *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup *Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, .5 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 15 serving Garlic, 1 clove Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 5 tsp
Directions
Cook the rice. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl except for 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour into 13x9 pan covered with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Top with cheese and bake at 375 for 30-40 mins or until cheese is starting to brown.
