Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

1/8 cup flour7.5 oz boneless sirloin steak - cubed2 cups Birdseye Mixed Vegetables2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro1 tbsp minced garlic1/4 cup chopped onions1 1/4 cup potatoes, cubed1 can Rotel Tomatoes1 can Hunts Tomato Sauce - Roasted Garlic2 cup water
Season and flour cubed steak and brown in skillet. Add to crockpot along with chopped onions, garlic, cilantro, can of Rotel Tomatoes and Hunts tomato sauce and 2 cups of water. Allow to cook on high about 2 hours. Prior to going to bed (I cooked overnight) turn crockpot to low and add in mixed vegetables and potatoes.
