Woman's World Weight Loss Soup

Ingredients
3 cups home made turkey stock, no salt added2 - 32oz containers of no salt added ckicken stock6 tbsp minced garlic1/3 cup minced onion (dry)1 tsp thyme2 large bay leaves whole1 tbsp chili flakes (dry)1 tsp ancho chili powder1 tbsp Mrs. Dash onion & herb seasoning1 tbsp McCormicks no salt added garlic and herb seasoning16 tbsp Worchestershire sauce8 tbsp Kikkoman Ponzu soy sauce1 tbsp PC Black Label Umami paste16 oz fresh mushrooms4 cups bok choy chopped2 - 28oz cans no salt added diced tomatoes1 cup celery1 cup carrots1 - 19oz can artichoke quarters, drained and rinsed to remove salt1 - 10oz box okra (frozen)1 cup uncooked alphabet pasta1-1/2 lbs cooked turkey finely chopped
Directions
In large stock pot over medium heat, add oil, onion and garlic, saute ing until translucent. Add turkey broth, chicken stock and spices, and bring to a boil. If you want to add more seasonings, now is the time to do it.
Add all vegetables, bring back to a boil again, and then lower heat to a simmer for remaining time (2-1/2 to 3 hours)
