Plain BEST Banana bread with Flax

Ingredients
1 cup sugar1/3 cup unsalted butter2 eggs3 ripe bananas1 tps vanilla extract2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Mix wet and combine well, then add flour and baking powder/soda and incorporate quickly. Mixing tool long will result in a chewy texture.

Bake at 350*F
Muffins bake ~20 min
Loaf will bake ~ 60 min
or until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf or 12 muffins
