Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 2 can Bush's Pinto Beans, 1.5 cup Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Sweet peppers (bell), 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Thyme, ground, 2 tbsp Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp *Green Beans French style, 1.5 cup 10 baby carrots raw, 2.5 serving Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop onions, green pepper and carrots. Heat olive oil in dutch oven pot then saute the onions and green pepper. add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 90 minutes or longer if you prefer.
